Standard Delivery - £3.99 (FREE over £40)

Home or ParcelShop

• Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered within 3 days (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).
• Choose to have your order delivered to your address or a designated ParcelShop.
• We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, and the courier will email you with an

ETA on the day of your delivery.

• You can track your delivery here. For some UK postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland, delivery may take up to 4-6 working days.

Express Delivery - £5.95

Home or ParcelShop

• Orders placed before 7pm will be delivered the next day (includes Saturday delivery).
• Choose to have your order delivered to your home or a designated ParcelShop.
• We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, and the courier will email you with an ETA on the day of your delivery.
• You can track your delivery here. Express Delivery is not available for certain UK postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Queries

• If you haven’t received your order, please allow an additional 2-3 working days as delivery timeframes are estimations and may be subject to delay.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within this time or you can’t locate your delivery, contact our Customer Services team within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. You can reach our Customer Care team via our Helpcentre.

International Delivery

We ship to over 200 destinations with Global-e, in more than 95 currencies and offer over 150 different payment methods, depending on your location.
